Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • "Service" — the RangerPro web application accessible at rangerpro.fr, including all features, content, and tools.
  • "Provider" — the operator of RangerPro.
  • "User" — any natural person over 18 years of age who creates an account and uses the Service.
  • "Pro Plan" — the paid subscription tier offering enhanced functionality.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using RangerPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Provider may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Description of Service

RangerPro is an educational poker study tool that provides preflop range charts, a bounty token calculator, and range analysis features for MTT poker. The Service provides theoretical approximations based on GTO principles. RangerPro does not facilitate, promote, or enable participation in gambling. The ranges and calculations provided are for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as guaranteed winning strategies.

4. User Account

  • Each User is entitled to one account. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited.
  • Access is secured via passwordless email PIN codes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
  • You must provide accurate information. The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
  • The Provider may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

5. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with enhanced functionality. The Free plan includes 6-Max MTT default ranges at 100bb and the Token Calculator. The Pro plan unlocks all stack depths, Trident 3-Max mode, custom range creation, and Range Modifiers. Feature availability may change; the Provider will notify Users of material changes.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros on the billing page.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rata refunds are provided.
  • You may reactivate a cancelled subscription before the billing period expires.
  • Promotional codes, when valid, grant temporary Pro access for the specified duration.
  • The Provider reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RangerPro during live poker play (online or live). This is a study tool only. Using it as real-time assistance violates poker platform terms of service.
  • Attempt to access other users' data, ranges, or accounts.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code, algorithms, or data of the Service.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit ranges, charts, or calculations obtained from the Service.
  • Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or feature restrictions.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, ranges, algorithms, and branding of RangerPro are the intellectual property of the Provider. Users retain ownership of their custom-created ranges. By using the Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Provider does not guarantee that ranges are GTO-optimal, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or profitable. MTT poker is a complex, evolving game — the ranges and tools provided are theoretical approximations for educational use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data loss, or damages resulting from poker play informed by the Service. The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the account at any time. The Provider may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Custom ranges and personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

The Provider may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may terminate your account. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
